Shipping and Returns
Payments for products are taken immediately upon purchase using your chosen payment method either Credit/Debit Card or Paypal.
We aim to dispatch your item/s within 2 working days of purchase to the designated shipping address provided.
Please ensure delivery information is correct, such as address, name and delivery notes.
Items being delivered to the U.K will be done so using Royal Mail.Our Royal Mail delivery options are :
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - (2 to 4 Business days)
- Royal Mail 1st Class 24 Hours Tracked
- Royal Mail 1st Class 48 Hours Tracked
Please note that orders made after 12pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday working day.
The customer will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs unless any offers/discounts are applied by us throughout any such sales or promotions.
Shipping costs are none refundable unless applicable in the circumstance of a refund/return.
We also ship throughout Europe, the US and Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on country/region.

Returns Policy
Robin Hood Beard Company/Robin Hood Mens Grooming Ltd offers a refund/exchange policy of 14 days of receipt of delivery of the goods via our tracking service, all refund enquiries must be be sent via our customer service email below up to 14 days of delivery of the goods.
Please be advised that if an order is deemed 'Delivered' upon our tracking service then it's up to the company discretion to delivery a refund or re-delivery and not liable of the delivery from the secondary delivery service.

We aim to be in contact with you within 48 hours to resolve the return/refund enquiry. Goods are only applicable for a refund if:
You dislike your goods or;
There is a general issue with the goods or;
If the wrong goods were delivered to you or;
There is any faults with the goods.
With any of the above applicable all goods MUST :
Not have been tampered with in any way;
Are still with/in original packaging;
Contents not used within 1/4 of the bottle/tin;
Under any circumstance any of the above is not proven applicable then a refund/exchange will NOT be given.
When any/all of the above is deemed applicable we will arrange for you to return the selected goods to us.
Please note that all refunds/exchanges sent back to Robin Hood Beard Company/Robin Hood Mens Grooming Ltd must contain order invoice/receipt of purchase to be valid.

We will issue a pre-paid shipping label to send back your return upon the return confirmation from our customer services, we recommend to use the same packaging, or you may use your own to return the order.
Upon receiving the returned goods we will inspect all to ensure the above returns policy is applicable and we will be in contact with you within 48 hours to discuss/issue your refund. It is essential that all payment invoices/receipt of goods are returned with the goods as proof of original purchase.
When the refund has been authorised we will refund the product amount to the original payment method provided by you whether Credit/Debit Card or Paypal.
Please be aware that all refunds could take up to 7 working days to settle, we will inform you of when we have processed the refund.
