Really simple. The best way to use a beard balm is on somewhat damp beard, literally almost dry.

Scrape out as much as your beard needs - short beard (which the multi balm is perfect for as it is a light blend) will only need about a thumbnail.

A bigger beard, a fair few sized thumbnails. Massage it into your hands to break it down completely, and then apply in a massaging motion right, completely through the beard.
